On December 27th 2019, Amanda Marie Wittenmyer-Burrell, of Van Buren, OH, peacefully left us to be with the Lord while surrounded by her loving family, she was 36. She was born on August 9, 1983 in Bowling Green, OH to Carl E. Wittenmyer and Robin (Hoffsis) Walton.
Amanda was an Elmwood High School graduate and attended Owens Community College earning her Associate’s. She was an amazing, and loving stay-at-home mom raising her daughters. Amanda loved gardening, canning, and cooking for her family and enjoyed riding motorcycles with her spouse Will. Amanda was a strong advocate of the National Brain Tumor Society.
Amanda is survived by her spouse, Will; her daughters, Ava and Anna Burrell, who meant the world to her. She also lives on in the hearts of her father, Carl (Brenda) Wittenmyer; and mother, Robin (Doug) Walton; brothers, Matthew Wittenmyer, Justin Walton, Aaron (Stephanie) West, Carl (Carrie) West; sister, Ashley Swank; grandmother, Gloria Hoffsis; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and family may visit from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. on Thursday, January 2, 2020 at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday with Pastor Jim Baney officiating. Interment will follow in Bechtel Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Amanda’s name may be made to the Family in c/o Hufford Family Funeral Home.
