Becky S. (Johnson) Burgey

Becky Sue Burgey, 65, of Carey, passed away on January 19, 2020 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. She was born July 8, 1954 in Findlay to Herbert S. and Gloria A. (Connor) Johnson, Sr. Becky was a Findlay High School graduate and worked as a teacher’s aide. Becky loved all animals, especially her cats and enjoyed shopping and cooking.

Becky is survived her daughter, Cassie R. (Jeremy) Hermiller of Carey; brothers, Herbert S. Johnson, Jr. of Arkansas, Robert P. Kirby of Findlay; and sister, Anne M. (Donald) Perkins of Toano, VA. She was preceded in death by a brother, Johnny E. Johnson; and sister, Patricia A. Johnson.

Friends and family may visit Thursday, January 23, 2020 from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A memorial service will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Joseph Reidling officiating. Burial will be private in Maple Grove Cemetery. Memorial contribution may be made to the Humane Society & SPCA of Hancock County, 4550 Fostoria Ave., Findlay, Ohio 45840.
