Kandie Bright

Kandie Bright, 61, of Findlay, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born April 8, 1958 in Findlay to Rodger J. Bright and Judith E. Reed and they survive. Kandie is also survived by her sister, Rechelle R. VanAman of Findlay; step-father and step-mother, Gary W. and Jeanette (Burkett) Reed, both of Findlay.  

Kandie was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and a member of the Moose. She worked at Whirlpool for 33 years and loved her friends, family and her two cats, Willard and Betty Lou Bright. You’d never see her out without her Hawaiian shirt, flip flops and pink flamingo purse. She also loved Tom Petty. 

A memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at the residence of Teresa Bartchlett, 2605 Springmill Road, Findlay, Ohio 45840. Family request you wear casual attire, preferred Hawaiian shirts etc. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions in Kandie’s name may be made to the Humane Society & SPCA of Hancock County, 4550 Fostoria Ave, Findlay, Ohio 45840 in c/o Willard and Betty Lou Bright. 

We grew up together and had such a life together. She will always be the Sunshine of my life.
