Alfred Martin Austin II, 69, of Fostoria, peacefully passed away Friday, October 2, 2026, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.
He was born March 13, 1957, in Findlay, to James B. and Alice (Dalzell) Austin.
Alfred was a graduate of Van Buren High School and worked as an associate at Walmart. He was an avid Ohio State Buckeye football fan and enjoyed fishing and hunting. Alfred also enjoyed spending time with the “Mobile Gang” and taking trips to the casino.
Alfred is survived by his children, Vanessa Peace, Jamie (Brandin) Heitmeyer, and Alfred (Chris May) Austin III, all of Findlay; seven grandchildren, Chance Harper, Kiarah Harper, Braydin Heitmeyer, MacKenzie Heitmeyer, MaKayla Heitmeyer, Jayde Campbell, and Caleb Austin; and two great-grandchildren, Waylon and Harmonie Kline.
He was preceded in death by both his parents, James and Alice.
In keeping with Alfred’s wishes, no services will be held. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500) is honored to have been entrusted with the care of Alfred and his family.
