Betty L. Lindsey

Betty Louise Lindsey, 87, of Findlay, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Primrose Assisted Living. She was born on August 22, 1930 in Kettlersville, Ohio to the late Albright A. and Mildred J. (Mueller) Quellhorst. Betty married the love of her life, Wayne E. Lindsey, in 1963, a marriage that would last 54 wonderful years. Together they raised a son, Kevin G. Lindsey of Hilliard, OH; and a daughter, Julia L. (Doug) Barchent of Findlay, OH. Betty loved her family and spending time with the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed golfing, bowling, she liked to read, and was a Girl Scout leader. In addition to her husband, Wayne; and her children, Betty is survived by her three grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeffrey and Lindsey Barchent, all of Findlay; and three great-grandchildren, Cullen Caeden and Aria Tussing. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Kenneth Quellhorst and Dale Quellhorst. A private family graveside service will be held in Knollcrest Cemetery.
