Branden J. Stanforth

Branden James Stanforth, 43, of Fostoria, passed away April 27, 2026. He was born on May 6, 1982, in Fostoria.

Branden was known for his restless spirit, adventurous heart, and deep passion for exploring the open road. Throughout his life, he traveled to every corner of the United States, embracing the freedom of the journey and the experiences found along the way. Branden lived life on his own terms, with independence and determination.

Above all, Branden always made time to spend with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, whose presence was an important part of his life. Though he faced mental health challenges throughout his life, he can now rest peacefully in his Savior’s arms.

Those left behind to cherish Branden’s memory are his parents, Cindy Hunter, Mark and Karen Dunn, and James M. Stanforth Jr.; his son, Josh Stanforth; his brothers, Steven Feasel, Jerrod Dunn, Mark (Catrina) Dunn Jr., and James Stanforth III; his sisters, Tiffany Dunn, Ashley Dunn, Allyson (Hayley) Kruse, Brieanna Dunn, and Rebecca Dunn; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Samantha Rowe.

Branden will be remembered for his free spirit, love of travel, and the memories he created with those who knew and loved him.
