Brenda Sampson

Brenda Sue Sampson, 51, of Findlay, passed away on January 24, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.

She was born July 23, 1972, in Van Buren, to Richard and Ernestine (Clark) Barfell. On September 1, 2000, Brenda married Matthew Sampson, and he survives.

Brenda was a Van Buren High School graduate. She was a librarian for Findlay City Schools, serving at Northview Primary. She enjoyed traveling, going to rock concerts, and spending time with her family.

Those left behind to cherish Brenda’s memory are her husband, Matthew; son, Bryce Sampson; daughters, Randi Sampson and Brooke Sampson; grandchildren, Hayden Sampson, Damien Sampson, and Blaire Clark; and brother, David Mitchell.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Brandon Barfell.

Friends and family may visit Monday, January 29, 2024, from 12:00 – 2:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, 419-422-1500. Brenda’s funeral will be held following visitation at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
