Charlene Louise Baum, 83, of Vanlue, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Bridge Hospice Care Center. Before passing, she expressed with excitement in her own words, "I get to go to heaven!" She was born in Findlay, Ohio on November 24, 1935 to the late Charley S. and Anita D. (Kiser) Pratt. Charlene and Robert Charles Baum were united in marriage on April 5, 1956 and to this union, they were blessed with five children.
Charlene was a graduate of Vanlue High School. She retired from Hancock County Law Library. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She attended Findlay E-Free Church.
In addition to her loving husband Robert, of 63 years, Charlene is survived by sons, Dennis (Deb) Baum of Mansfield, OH, Kevin (Ann) Baum of West Chester, OH, Greg Baum of Findlay, OH; daughters, Anita (Jim) Musgrave of Mt. Blanchard, OH, Lisa Baum of Findlay, OH; five grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and five step-great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a brother, Norman Pratt of Dunkirk, OH. Charlene was preceded in death by brother, Raymond Pratt; and granddaughter, Merideth Baum.
A private graveside service will be held in Van Horn Cemetery. Service will be conducted by her sons Dennis and Kevin.
