Cynthia S. Johnson

Cynthia Johnson, a long-time resident of the Bloomdale area, passed away June 17, 2016 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Bowling Green. She was born June 7, 1955 in Bowling Green, Ohio to Norman Apple and Anna Crouse. Cynthia married Ted Johnson and he preceded her in death. Cynthia worked at Sanoh America Inc., in Findlay, Ohio as a laborer and retired from there in December of 2010. She was also a long time member of the North Baltimore Eagles. Cynthia loved her grandsons, Zach and Nick and enjoyed all the times she got to spend with them. She would tell stories from them being little and what joy they brought to her life. Cynthia loved good food, enjoyed talking on the phone, cooking, baking, canning, family functions, and shopping. She loved spending time with her mother, in which they could spend endless amount of hours talking about what was going on in the world. Cynthia is survived by her mother, Anna Crouse of Bloomdale; daughter, Carrie Perkins of Findlay; son, Joe Perkins of Maine; two grandsons, Zach Greeno of Bowling Green, and Nicholas Greeno of Toledo; six grandchildren; two brothers, Kip Apple and Kenneth Apple both of Findlay; sister, Kimela Apple of North Baltimore. She was preceded in death by her foster son, Casey Corbin; father, Norman Apple; and step-father, Ronald Crouse. Cynthia's wishes were to have a private ceremony at Weaver Cemetery July 10th. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements.
