Dale R. Steyer

Dale Richard Steyer, age 80, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Bridge Hospice and Care Center. He was born in New Riegel, Ohio August 31, 1942, to Richard and Rita (Elckert) Steyer.

Dale worked at Whirlpool and was also a property manager. He was an avid HO gauge train lover and enjoyed sailing and renovating houses.

Dale is survived by his companion of 35 years, Pat Laube; sons, Kevin Steyer and Cary (Theresa) Steyer; stepsons, Mike Brown, Jason (Sandi) Laube, Chris (Gayle) Laube, and Ryan Laube; sister, Marcia Steyer; twelve grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.

A celebration of Dale’s life will be held on Monday, April 10, 2023 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay (419-422-1500).
