Debra J. Steffan

Debra Jane Steffan, of Lakeview, Ohio and formerly of Findlay, entered eternal peace on October 6, 2022, at the age of 68, surrounded by her family. Born in Findlay on July 12, 1954, she was the daughter of Arthur and Rita (Pacey) Steffan.

Debra worked at Findlay Industries with 32 years of service. She was a member of Findlay Moose Lodge and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. Debra enjoyed sewing, crocheting, baking, and dancing. Her most joy was spending time with friends and family.

Debra is survived by her son, John (Krista) Sherick; daughters, Michelle Sherick, Carrie Sherick (Jason), and Britney Sherick (Chris); 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brother, Steve (Edie) Steffan; and sisters, Diane (Jerry) Nelson, Larraine (Ron) McCahan, Vicki Steffan, and Lana (Robert) Pastorek. Debra was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends and family may visit from 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. Monday, October 10, 2022, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Memorial contributions in Debra’s name may be made to VFW Post 5645, 315 Walnut St., Findlay, Ohio, 45840.
