Douglas J. Altman

Douglas James Altman, 59, of Fostoria, passed away at Toledo Hospital December 22, 2021. He was born in Findlay October 11, 1962, to James and E. Jane (Elkin) Altman. Doug married Melissa (Steele) on May 21, 2012, who survives.

Doug loved to watch NASCAR, football, and was a collector of classic vinyl records.

In addition to his wife Melissa, Doug is also survived by his daughter, Crystal Altman of Fostoria; stepdaughters, Brittany Sours of Fostoria, and Tiffany Peterman of Texas; and stepson, Adam Peterson of Findlay; and one grandchild. He is also survived by his brothers, Dan (Sandy) Altman of Findlay, Duffe (Laurie) Altman of Findlay; sisters, Dana (Roger) Patterson of Findlay, and Donna (Richard) Ebanks of Toledo. Doug as preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Diane Hartsing
