Gary F. Hazen

Gary Frederick Hazen, 72, of Findlay, peacefully passed away Saturday, January 21, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born September 20, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Paul and Geraldine (Myers) Hazen. Gary was an avid Montreal Canadiens Hockey and Cincinnati Reds baseball fan. He enjoyed fishing in Quebec and loved all the stray dogs and cats he took in over the years. Gary is survived by his 4 children, Noel (Lisa), Chad (Tania), Erin (Jose) Metz, and Kim (Steve,Steve) Sarles; 5 grandchildren, Justin, Jada, Lucas, Jared, and Wyatt. He is also survived by brother, David (Joyce) Hazen. Gary's wishes were no formal services be held.
