Gary M. "Mike" Woolley

Gary Michael Woolley, 81, of Findlay, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2026, at Blanchard Valley Hospital.

He was born in Bluffton, Ohio, on November 24, 1944, to Roy and Ara E. (Patterson) Woolley. Mike married Diana Rose, and they were married for 52 years.

Mike was employed with Cooper Tire and Rubber Company and retired after 39 years of service. In his free time, he enjoyed antiquing, exploring flea markets in search of unique treasures, and cheering on his favorite team, the Detroit Lions.

Mike is survived by his children, Michael (Abbi) Woolley, Kelly Woolley, and Alva Traxler; beloved grandchildren, Adrienne Woolley (Nick Heldman), Austin (Yoojin) Woolley, Mikey Woolley, and Adam Widman; great-grandchildren, Amaiah Dauer, Eli Dauer, Landyn Heldman, Ryan Heldman, Ayden Heldman, and Aria Woolley; sister, Darlene (Bob) Pierce; and sister-in-law, Mary Woolley.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Diana Woolley; brother, William “Bud” Woolley; sister, Loretta Joliff; brothers-in-law, Jerry Joliff, and Bob Pierce.
