George W. Oman Iii

George W. Oman III, 64, of Jenera, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. He was born on July 10, 1954 in Findlay, Ohio to the late George W. and Wanda (Naranjo) Oman II. In 2005, George married Michelle Lemos, she survives him in Jenera. At the age of 16, George started working at Foodtown Supermarket, previously known as Spartan Stores and now known as Kroger, up until his retirement. He was a very private man, kind and generous to all who crossed his path. George loved his family and spending time with his beloved grandchildren. George is survived by his step-sons, Michael Wrenn and Anthony Wrenn, both of Findlay; and his precious grandchildren, Kyla Wrenn and Ashton Wrenn. He is also survived by his brother, John (Deb) Oman; sisters, Sharon Elliot, Shirley (Victor) Gonzales, Sonia (Jim) Hendricks, and Sandy (John) Crawford; nieces, Mindy and Missy Gonzales; nephews, Daniel (Michelle) Oman, Joey Lee, James (Nikki) Hendricks and Michael Doll III; brother-in-law, Michael (Cindy) Doll Jr.; and sister-in-law, Bridgette Knight. George was preceded in death by his step-mother, Lucile Oman; and brother-in-law, Patrick Knight; mother-in-law, Sharon Smith; and step-father-in-law, Curtis Smith. Friends and family may visit on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A memorial service will be held at the funeral home at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 19th at the conclusion of visitation. Pastor Jim Klausing will officiate.
