Harold E. Crawford

Harold E. Crawford, 92, of Findlay, passed away December 12, 2021 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center. He was born on January 25, 1929 in Xenia, Ohio to the late Emmons and Caryle (Butts) Crawford. On June 7, 1952 Harold married Betty Jean (Rader) Crawford and she preceded him in death in 2018. Harold served his country in the U.S. Navy and was a truck driver the majority of his life.

Harold is survived by his sons, Mike (Becky) Crawford, Robert J. (Karen) Crawford and Gary (Wendy) Crawford; daughters, Becky Patterson and Sandra (Earl) Jones; 17 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty; a son, Dennis Crawford; son-in-law, Tim Patterson; brothers, E. Blaine, Loren, and Donald Crawford; and sisters, Eileen Landis and June Gillette.

Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A funeral service for Harold will follow at the funeral home at 6 p.m. with Pastor Jim Klausing officiating. The Hancock County Veterans Memorial Squad will conduct full military rites following the service.
