Jack "Rich" Slough

Jack “Rich” Slough, 65, of Findlay, passed away November 21, 2021, at Blanchard Valley Hospital. He was born May 31, 1956, in Findlay to Jack M. and Mary (Orton) Slough.

Jack loved spending time with his grandchildren. He never met a stranger and could carry on a good conversation. He was an active member of the Pioneer Club in Findlay and worked at Cooper Tire and Rubber Company for 14 years, eventually retiring in construction work.

Jack is survived by his girlfriend, Linda Michaels; daughters, Michelle Slough, and Sarah Jo (Sean) Pugh, both of Findlay, Jennifer (Bryan) Hake of Mason; sons, Tim (Heather Phillips) Slough, and Jason (Michelle Turner) Brooks, both of Findlay, Caleb Michaels, and Logan (Casondra) Michaels, both of Ashland; grandchildren, Stormy, and Cedric Slough, Haylee, and Anthony Slough, Austin Phillips, Bryson, Tucker, and Trenton Pugh, Austin, Ryan, and Kaytee Brooks, Theron Cox, Isabella Fleece, Hank, and Cash Michaels; and great-grandchildren, Lanton, and Carmella Slough, Avery Brooks and Rosalie Cox. In addition, he is also survived by his brothers, Mark Slough of Chula Vista, CA, and Bradley (John S. Johnston Jr.) Slough of Weston, OH; and sister, Cindy Willford of Findlay. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, David Slough.

Friends and family may visit from 1 – 4 p.m. Sunday, November 28, 2021, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Jack’s memorial service will follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Michael Smoody officiating. Memorial contributions in Jack’s name may be made to Pioneer Club of Findlay, 221 E.
