James D. “Skip” Frankart

James D. "Skip" Frankart, 66, of Findlay, passed away on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at Fox Run Manor. He was born in Tiffin, OH to the late James M. and Donna J. (Theis) Frankart on January 1, 1953. James is survived by his brother, Joe (Kim) Frankart of Columbus, OH; sisters, June (Chalton) June, Janet (Preston) Barnhill, and Jackie (Medd) Box, all of Columbia, S.C.
