Jeanette S (Landon) Lewis

Jeanette Susan Lewis, 70, of Findlay, passed away peacefully on May 14, 2020 surrounded by her loving family at Fox Run Manor. She was born in Kenton, Ohio on December 22, 1949 to the late Francis E. and Mary A. (Maybry) Landon. Jeanette married Ronald Lewis and he preceded her in death on June 18, 2017.

Jeanette was a Class of 1968 Riverdale High School graduate. She became an avid painter, loved to cook and bake. Stephen King was her favorite author and remained an avid reader throughout her life. She enjoyed all types of movies and music followed by a good discussion. Jeanette’s greatest joy was spending time with her family.

Jeanette is survived by her sons, Timothy E. Scott and his wife, Valerie L. Scott, Aaron Lewis and his wife, Darlene Lewis, and Joseph Lewis, all of Findlay; daughter, April Lewis of Delaware, OH; sisters, Sharon McKee of Findlay, and Rebecca Crague of Colorado. She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Jeanette was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Lewis; and sister, Barbara Edington.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions in Jeanette’s name may be made to a Charity of the Donor’s choice.
