Jeffery "Jeff" L. Wolford

Jeffery “Jeff” L. Wolford, age 63, of Port Richey, Florida, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 20, 2026, after a brief battle with cancer.

He was born August 3, 1962, in Findlay, Ohio, to John and Carol (Errett) Wolford, who survive in Findlay. Jeff married Barbara Ann Ault, and she survives in Florida.

Jeff was an avid Harley-Davidson enthusiast who enjoyed the freedom of the open road. He proudly served for many years in the Army National Guard and was known for his strong work ethic, pride in everything he did, and for always keeping his truck spotless. Jeff formerly served as Vice President of the Suncoast Brotherhood Group in Florida, where he was dedicated to raising funds to support veterans and foster children. A talented cook, he earned an impressive 11 local chili cook-off championships. Although he made his home in Florida, Jeff spent most of his life in Findlay, where he built many lasting friendships and memories.

Those left behind to cherish Jeff’s memory are his wife of 15 years, Barbara Wolford; his parents, John and Carol Wolford; siblings, Elizabeth Long, Pamela (Tom) Fischer, Marnella Carpenter, Sarah Sloan, and Timothy Wolford; stepchildren, Tasha Hepler, Heather Peckinpaugh, and Josh Marshall; four step grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may visit from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500). Jeff’s funeral service will begin at 12 noon following visitation, led by family friend Eric Barger. Interment will follow in Arlington Cemetery.
