Jeffrey L Panuto

Jeffrey Lynn Panuto, 67, of Columbus, passed away Friday, January 21, 2022, at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus. He was born July 10, 1954, in Tiffin, Ohio to Dominic A. and Marjorie L. (Shuey) Panuto.

Jeff was a Calvert High School Class of 1973 graduate and a past member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Tiffin. After relocating to Columbus, he became a devoted member of Our Lady of Victory Church, Knights of Columbus, and Italian Club of Columbus. Jeff was a simple man who liked smoking a pipe and had quite a pipe collection. He was also a big OSU Buckeye fan.

Jeff is survived by his sister-in-law, Janis Panuto; nephews, Chris Panuto and Thomas (Courtney) Panuto; niece, Amy Panuto; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. He also leaves behind his beloved Chow, Mackenzie. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Stephen Panuto; and two pets, Scooter and Zoey.

Friends and family may visit from 12 – 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Funeral services for Jeff will begin at 2 p.m. following visitation in the funeral home with Rev. Matthew Rader. Interment will follow in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Tiffin.
