Joan R. Ford

Joan R. Ford, age 94, of Findlay, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Monday, April 29, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 13, 1929, in Leipsic, Ohio, to Harold and Chloe (Taylor) Reynolds.

Joan was a member of the Church of the Living God. Over the past 13 years, she has lived with her daughter and best friend Kris Depuy, who will always cherish the blessing and privilege of caring for her mother.

Joan is survived by her children, Kris Depuy and Gary (Sandy) Ford; grandchildren, Molly (Josh) Merkle, Stevie (Jon) Edwards, Ryan Ford, Dustin (Mayu) Ford, Carl (Josie) Ford, Ben (Brittini) Depuy, Taylor (Scott) Grismore, and Morgan (T.J.) Smith; 17 great grandchildren and 1 on the way; and 1 great great grandchild. In addition, Joan is survived by her siblings, Jim (Hellen) Reynolds and Paul (LaDonna) Reynolds; Daughter-in-law, Jan Ford; and special friend, Amber (Danny) Thomas.

Joan is preceded in death by her parents, and son Greg Ford.

A private graveside service will be in Maple Grove Cemetery. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with arrangements.
