John “Jack” Franklin Bruno, 88, of Findlay, entered eternal rest on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at Birchaven Village. He was born August 5, 1933, in Ravenna, Ohio to Charles and Frieda (DeLong) Bruno. Jack married his wife, Jeannette (Boerger), on August 8, 1991, and she survives.
Jack graduated from Chillicothe High School. He worked at Air Products in electrical maintenance planner and retired after 10 years of service. Jack was a member of Scioto Lodge Masonic #6 and Knights Templar for 60 years.
Jack is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Jeannette; stepdaughters, Shannon Stein-Apple, and Kim (Rodney) Stennett, both of Findlay; grandsons, Jacob (Liz) Apple, and TJ (Jessica) Stennett; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Ryker, and Maci Apple; nephews, Tony (Christie) Woods of Chillicothe and Terry (Debbie) Woods of Texas; and many other nephews; two sisters-in-law, Mary Alice Dorman, and Anna Boerger; and his close buddy, Darin Klingaman of Allentown. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Debbie Delabar; and sister, Lova Woods.
Masonic funeral rites will be conducted at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Friends and family may visit one hour (11 a.m. – 12 p.m.) prior to the service. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
