John Allen Gerdeman, 75, of Findlay, passed away peacefully November 19, 2024, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on March 14, 1949, in Lima to James and Elinore (Lamont) Gerdeman. He married his loving wife Gloria Titus in 1985.
John graduated from Ottawa Glandorf High School. He was a fabricator and retired after 36 years of service from Cooper Tire and Rubber Company. John was a United States Army Veteran. He was a lifetime member of the D.A.V. and AMVETS. He was owner of C&G Gaming and President of PPH a nonprofit organization. He loved to gamble and always enjoyed golfing. John was a Catholic who cherished his faith.
John is survived by his loving wife, Gloria; three children, James (Melissa) Gerdeman of Colorado, Scott (Kelly) Gerdeman of Findlay, and Holly (Robert) Currie of McComb; twelve grandchildren; and eight, great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Ronald and Donald Gerdeman.
It was John’s wishes to not have any services. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay, (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with arrangements.
