Jolynn Ruth Benjamin, 78, of Findlay, peacefully passed away with her family by her side on Monday, October 15, 2018 at The Heritage. She was born on August 25, 1940 in Carey, Ohio to the late Donald G. and Mildred (Pahl) Hunter. She spent her youth in the Carey area where she attended school, graduating from Carey High School.
On August 26, 2000, Jolynn was united in marriage to William Benjamin. Following their marriage, they made their home in Findlay. She loved spending time with her family and her biggest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jolynn was also a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Carey.
Jolynn is survived by her loving husband of 18 years, William; sons, Billy L. (Darla) Feasel of Alvada, OH, and Greg L. (Joyce) Feasel of Findlay; grandchildren, Rachel Valley, Ryan Feasel, Ashley Feasel, Jocelyn Feasel and Justin Feasel; great-grandchildren, Sydney, Kyler, Dani, Addie, Liam, Oakley and Gwen. She is also survived by her brother, Richard Hunter; and sister, Beverly (Carl) Burks. Jolynn was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and Bill Hunter; sister, Phyllis Frederick; and granddaughter, Amber Feasel.
Jolynn's wish was to have a private family viewing that was held on Thursday, October 18, 2018. She was laid to rest in Spring Grove Cemetery, Carey, OH. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. As suggested by her family, memorial contributions in Jolynn's name may be made to the Humane Society & SPCA of Hancock County, 4550 Fostoria Ave., Findlay, Ohio 45840.
