Joyce A. Dean

Joyce A. Dean, 79, of Findlay, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2026, at Independence House in Fostoria, following a brief stay.

She was born November 4, 1946, in Fostoria, to Clifford and Orvetta (Wentling) Wise. Joyce married Roger Dean on June 15, 1968.

Joyce graduated from Carey High School. She enjoyed gardening, crosswords, reading, and puzzles. She also was a collector of antiques.

Those left behind to cherish Joyce’s memory are her son, Brian Dean of Manorville, NY; and granddaughter, Lauren Dean.

Joyce was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; and her son, Mike Dean.

Fulfilling Joyce’s wishes, there will be no services. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500), is honored to serve Joyce’s family.
