Kenneth Eugene Zuercher, 86, of Mt. Cory, passed away peacefully on the morning of February 7, 2025, at Serenity Springs Senior Living, Arlington. Ken was born September 12, 1938, to Earl and Martha (Wolfe) Zuercher, who preceded him in death. He was united in marriage to Nelda (Clymer) Zuercher on April 7, 1961.
Ken is survived by his sons, Eric “Rick” (Toni) Zuercher of Mt. Cory and Robert “Rob” (Teresa) Zuercher of Jenera; grandsons, Nathan (Olivia) Zuercher and Brandon Zuercher both of Jenera; sisters, Carol (Lynn) Wynkoop of Amherst and Sally (Jerry) Borer of Lorain; sister-in-law, Trena (Gerald) Moyer of Mt. Cory; and brother-in-law’s wife, Marlene Clymer of Arlington. Ken was preceded in death by his wife, Nelda and grandson Jacob Zuercher.
He served in the United States Army, worked for Ray Van Gunten construction, Dow Chemical Company, and then later retired after 30 plus years with Whirlpool. His favorite pastimes were woodworking, going to flea markets, antique cars, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Memorials contributions in Ken’s name may be made to Muscular Dystrophy Association.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nurses and staff at Serenity Springs Senior Living for their kindness and wonderful care they gave Ken over the last couple of years.
