Linda J. Armstrong Nitchie

Linda J. Armstrong Nitchie, 54, of Findlay, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Monday, November 8, 2021, at Blanchard Valley Hospital. She was born in Bad Kreuznach, Germany on April 30, 1967, to John and Maria Campbell.

Linda was a 1985 graduate of Findlay High School where she was a cheerleader. She then went on to attend Findlay College in pursuit of a degree in accounting. Linda married her beloved husband, John Nitchie June 9, 2014. She was a Private Client Banker for JP Morgan Chase. A professional in finance, Linda previously held high responsibility roles for Huntington Bank and other local financial institutions. She was an amazing woman who had a knack for relating to people of any background and loved helping them. Blessed to having had accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior, Linda cherished the fellowship of the members of Cedar Creek Church. She cherished traveling with her husband John and beloved son, Jonathan. Above all else, Linda was an amazing mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend to all.

Linda had a fun-loving energy that was felt by all. She was a vibrant individual that was full of life and humorous wit. She lit up every room she walked into and made it her goal to make sure that everyone was smiling and having a great time. Her house was always open to anyone who needed it for each and every occasion without questions or judgment.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, John; son, Jonathan Armstrong; stepchildren, Lorena Castle, Joey Martinez, Jonathon Nitchie, Jordinn Nitchie, and Lane Nitchie; eight grandchildren; her mother, Maria; three brothers, John (Beth) Campbell Jr., Jerry Campbell, Richard (Merete) Campbell; sister, Nancy (Mark) Hingson; ten nieces and nephews; and six great-nieces and great-nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her father, John Campbell Sr., and brothers, Michael Campbell, and David Campbell.

Friends and family may visit from 10:30 a.m. – 12 noon Saturday, November 13, 2021, at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Linda’s funeral service will begin at 12 noon following visitation in the funeral home with Pastor Chris Baney officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in Linda's honor can be made to City Mission of Findlay, 510 W. Main Cross St., Findlay, Ohio 45840.
