Linda L. (Harshe) Lange

Linda Lou Lange, 79, of Findlay, passed in peace to Heaven on February 25, 2021 at Taylor Place Senior Living. She was described as a “loving and caring person and mother” by her sons. Linda was born in Wapakoneta, Ohio on June 6, 1941 and grew up in the area of Lafayette, Ohio with parents Russell and Hazel Harshe.

Linda graduated from Lafayette/Jackson High School in 1961 and then went on to attend and graduate nursing school through Lima Memorial Hospital. She pursued her career as a registered nurse. Linda worked as a nurse for approximately 41 years, working predominantly at the state hospitals in Phoenix, Arizona and in Lima, Ohio. Linda raised two sons, which she stated was “My Proudest Achievement.” She loved her sons, and loved her work. Linda spent her leisure time enjoying endless romance novels and playing Bingo with friends. When asked what advice would she give to others, always “Keep on truckin’!”

Linda is survived by her two sons, Bruce Lange (Lubbock, TX) and Brian Lange (Lima, OH); three grandchildren, Joshua Lange, Amanda Lange, and John Lange; two great-grandchildren, Kimber and Haley Lange. She is also survived by her only sister, Brenda Harshe of Waynesfield, OH. Linda was preceded in death by her brother, Ron Harshe.

At Linda’s request, no services will be held. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements.
