Lucinda L. Siferd

Lucinda Lee Siferd, 75, of Findlay, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at Fox Run Manor. She was born July 1, 1943 in Bowling Green, Ohio, the only daughter of the late Kenneth and Cordelia C. (Harris) Carles. Lucinda was a 1961 graduate of North Baltimore High School. On September 10, 1961, Lucinda married her true love, Richard L. Siferd, a marriage that would last 56 wonderful years. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family and grandchildren. She worked at the Great Scott Deli Bakery for 17 years before retiring. Lucinda is survived by her loving husband, Richard; two children, Ron Siferd and Laura Badertscher, both of Findlay; and four grandchildren, Jurnee' and Boston Siferd, Jacob and Lucas Badertscher, all of Findlay. She is also survived by a sister-in-law, Carol (Carles) Coppler of Arizona. Preceding her in death is a brother, Lynn Carles. Friends and family may visit on Monday, September 10, 2018 from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A funeral service for Lucinda will be held at the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, September 11 with Pastor Jim Klausing officiating. Interment will follow in Bechtel Cemetery.
