Margaret (Peggy) A. Lehman, 82, of Findlay, peacefully passed away Friday, June 26, 2026, at Bridge Hospice Care Center.
She was born April 16, 1944, in Chestnut Hill (Philadelphia), PA, to Robert and Ann (Burton) Killough. Margaret married David Wayne Lehman, and he preceded her in death.
Margaret was a devoted mother who found great joy in caring for her family and creating a warm, loving home for her children, foster children, and others over the years. A faithful Christian, she dedicated her life to serving the Lord and sharing His love with others. She delighted in teaching others about God's Word and did so in Sunday school for many years, volunteering for countless programs, giving selflessly, and was deeply committed to witnessing the Gospel, leaving a lasting impact through her unwavering faith, kindness, and gentle spirit. She had a passion for gardening and greatly enjoyed her flowers and plants. Margaret also had a lifelong love of horses and was an accomplished rider in her youth in show jumping and training.
Margaret is survived by her two children, Michael Lehman of Toledo, and Catherine Holbrook of Findlay; seven grandchildren, Josiah Lehman of Findlay, Jeremiah Lehman of Mt. Blanchard, Emma Holbrook of Findlay, Elizabeth Holbrook of Findlay, Robyn Lehman of Toledo, Andrew Lehman of Toledo, and Jessica Lehman of Dallas; and two great-grandchildren.
In addition to her beloved husband, David, Margaret was preceded in death by both parents.
The family will celebrate Margaret’s life on July 23rd, at the Lodge at Riverbend Park from 6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m. Address: 9250 Township Road 208, Findlay, OH 45840.
