Marion E. "Butch" Decker, 74, of Findlay, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019 at St. Catherine's Manor of Findlay. He was born August 5, 1944 in Bluffton, Ohio to the late Don Bradford and Margaret L. Decker. Marion proudly served his country in 1966 serving in Vietnam in the U.S. Air Force. He retired after 30 plus years as a truck driver from Garner Transportation. Butch enjoyed NASCAR and going fishing.
Butch is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Mary (Letso) Decker; son, John (Crystal) Decker of Trenton, TN; grandchildren, Destinee Decker of Trenton, TN and Micheala (Aaron) Burnett of Lexington, TN; and two great-grandchildren, Katelyn and Olivia Burnett, both of Lexington, TN. His brother-in-law, William Letso of Findlay, also survives him. Butch was preceded in death by his step-father, Frank Koch; and aunts, Helen Foltz and Gladys Shively.
Friends and family may visit on Friday, May 31, 2019 from 5 - 7 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Burial will take place at a later date in Knollcrest Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Butch's name may be made to St. Jude, Children's Hospital.
