Mary L. Pahl

Mary Loree Pahl, 83, of Findlay, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at Birchaven Heights. She was born on January 2, 1936 in Custar, Ohio to the late Walter and Ernestine (Dowden) Wilhelm. On October 23, 1954, Mary was united in marriage to her true love, Robert Pahl. Mary loved spending time with her family and along with her husband Bob, they were foster parents for many years. She enjoyed sewing and making quilts. Mary was a Hoytville High School graduate and retired as an office worker/secretary. Mary will be remembered by her loving husband of 64 years, Robert; sons, Kevin (Emmie) Pahl of Loveland, OH, Dennis (Shelley) Pahl of Findlay; daughters, Jane Pahl and Deanna (Darrin) Osborne, both of Bluffton, OH; six grandchildren, Shamus (Emily) Pahl, Tara (Clayton) Moore, Dustin (Lisa) Pahl, Sara Oler, Shane and Corey Osborne, Samantha (Nick) Darrell, Alexandra Taylor; four great-grandchildren, James, Luke, Hunter and Landen. She is also survived by her brother and sister-in-law, William (Linda) Wilhelm of Deshler, OH. Friends and family may visit from 12 - 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A memorial service will be held following visitation at the funeral home at 2 p.m. with Deacon Mike Eier as Celebrant. Inurnment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Mary's name may be made to St. Michael The Archangel Parish.
