Our husband, father, grandfather, and brother, Michael J. Willey, 64, of Findlay, was called home to his Heavenly Father on December 5, 2017.
He was born on February 15, 1953 to Norma J. Neason and the late Kenneth J. Willey in Fremont, Ohio. Michael married Kathleen A. Biller on October 2, 1976 and were blessed with two wonderful children, Kenneth, and Kristin.
Michael graduated from Fremont Ross High School and attended Vanguard Vocational School. He was a diesel mechanic for Signal Delivery Service for 22 years, and Class 8 Truck Repair and retired in 2006. He was a member of the Salem Cass United Methodist Church, Teamsters Local 20, and was an Allen Township Volunteer Fire Department Captain.
Survivors include his wife Kathleen, and children, Kenneth M. (Catherine) Willey of Findlay, and Kristin E. (Adam) Koch of Bowling Green; his mother, Norma Willey; his grandchildren, Laura, and Anna Willey, Landon, Aubrey, and Callie Koch. He is also survived by his brother, Thomas J. Willey of Clyde, OH; and his sister, Martha J. Willey of Fremont.
Friends and family may visit on Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A memorial service will be held at the conclusion of visitation at 3 p.m. in the funeral home with Reverend Jerry Copeland officiating.
