Nancy J. (Spence) Zehender

Nancy Jane (Spence) Zehender, 65, of Findlay, passed away Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at her residence. She was born on May 22, 1952 in Bluffton, Ohio to Samuel and Jenniebelle (Smalley) Spence and both are deceased. Nancy married Donald Zehender on June 7, 1970 and he preceded her in death on August 12, 2016. Nancy was a homemaker and a life member of the VFW Post 5645. Nancy is survived by her sons, Bryan and Corey Zehender both of Findlay, OH; daughter, Melissa Lytle of Pandora, OH; grandchildren, Chelsey, and Shelbey Lytle both of Findlay, and Aiden Havanas of Pandora, Ashlynn, Chase, and Whitney Zehender of Findlay, Dalton Zehender of Mt. Blanchard, and William Zehender of Findlay; and 6 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Gary Spence of Findlay. In addition to her parents; and husband, Nancy was preceded in death by her brother, Jimmy Lynn Spence. Friends and family may visit on Monday, July 31, 2017 from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A graveside service will be held in Maple Grove Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions in Nancy's name may be made to the family in c/o Hufford Family Funeral Home.
