Pauline J. Burrell (Polly), 77, of Bowling Green, peacefully passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at the Bridge Hospice Care Center in Bowling Green. She was born on September 14, 1940 to the late Louis and Lydia (Nagy) Kish. She was also preceded in death by her son Bill, who passed away in February of 2014, and her husband Jerry who passed in April of 2015. Surviving is her daughter, Tammie (Gary) Simon; five grandchildren, Will (Amanda) Burrell, Stephanie (Jason) VanMeter, Tony Simon, Matthew (Ashley) Simon, and Tom Simon; four great-grandchildren, Cyan, Nevie, Anna and Ava; brother, Louis (Geri) Kish; and sister, Lou Ann (Bill) Henry. Pauline leaves behind her dear friend, Gene Aufdencamp.
Polly enjoyed the outdoors, and spent many hours tending her flowerbeds and garden. She also enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting. She had a passion for life and laughter and shared this passion with everyone. Polly's life was a great treasure. She left her family and friends with many wonderful memories. Polly's lively and joyful spirit was a gift to all.
