Peggy King

Margaret “Peggy” King, age 77, of Findlay, Ohio, wife of the late John D. King, Jr. passed away Sunday, December 8, 2024, at her home.

She was born in Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, May 23, 1947, the daughter of the late Joanna M. (Ferrence) and Fred J. Falco, Sr.

On October 9, 1971, she married John D. King, Jr. They spent forty-six years building a life and a family filled with love, until 2017 when John passed away. Peggy is survived by three children, Denise L. Cobaugh (Christopher) of Gahanna, Ohio, Jennifer L. King, and John D. “JD” King, III both of Findlay, Ohio. Also surviving are grandchildren, Kaydri, Justin, Sarah, Samuel, Alyssa, Bethany, and Carter, as well as two great-grandchildren, Derek and Zander. In addition, Peggy is survived by her sister, Christine Mezyk of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and brother, Fred (Barb) Falco of Andersen, South Carolina.

Peggy retired after 28 years at Bridgestone APM company. She served as the secretary for the Findlay Flag City Arbor of Gleaner’s. She spent many years active in Gleaner’s as well as First Assembly of God Church, Findlay.

Friends and family may visit Monday, December 16, 2024, from 4-6 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500) with service immediately following visitation.
