Phaedra L. James

Phaedra Lynn James, 53, of Findlay, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at her residence. Phaedra was born on February 5, 1964 in Chicago, Illinois to Theodore James and Marlene Alexander. Phaedra graduated from Owens Community College with Honor's and was currently working for Kuss Filtration. Phaedra is survived by her children, Chashauna James, Dominic (fiance' Neera Gupta) James, and D'on Cortez Stinson; 6 grandchildren, Isaiah, Issys, Israel, Sana, and Isaac, Jr. Moore, and Raja James; her mother, Marlene Alexander; stepfather, Steven Hill; brothers, Anthony (Misty), Ken, William, and Theodore James; sister, Michelle James; aunts, Jean Stewart, Naomi and Kennie James, and Betty Powell; dear friend of 47 years, Dawn Cole; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends that loved her very much. Phaedra was preceded in death by her son, Trey D. James; and grandparents, William and Cathy Bates, and Robert and Roberta James. Friends and family may visit on Saturday, March 4, 2017 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). A memorial service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Phaedra's name may be made to the family in c/o of the funeral home
