Randy S. Franklin

Randy Scott Franklin, 50, of Tiffin, OH, passed away Monday, August 8, 2016. He was born on October 11, 1965 in Green Springs, OH to John D. and Beatrice (Halcomb) Franklin. Randy graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School and attended Ohio State University. Randy is survived by his sister, Brenda (Andy) Cardenas; and brothers, C. "Reed" (Glenda), Wendell (Julie), and Billy (Diane) Franklin. He was preceded in death by brother, Don Franklin; and sister, Pat Bland. There will be no formal services planned at this time. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions in Randy's name may be made to the family in c/o the Hufford Family Funeral Home.
