Richard L. Peterman Jr.

Richard Lee Peterman Jr., 57, of Findlay, passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, July 24, 2018. He was born April 17, 1961 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Richard L. and Nettie M. (Courtney) Peterman Sr. Richard loved spending time with his grandkids. He enjoyed working, being in his man cave, NASCAR, and camping. Richard is survived by his sons, Richard L. Peterman III, Adam L. Peterman (Hallie Phelps), Jesse W. Peterman (Charles Groves) all of Findlay; daughters, Tiffany A. Peterman (Brandon Cooper) of Katy, TX, and Jessica (Jason) Braun of Pioneer, OH; 9 grandchildren, Adeline, Evalyn, Max, Grayson, Nevaeh, Brandon Jr., MaKaylay, Keanve, Maddy, and Callie. He is also survived by his brothers, Earl and Bud Peterman; and sisters, Ann (Bill) Keaton, Marie (Butch) Niswander, and Cheryl (Ken) Eichler. Richard also leaves behind his long-time girlfriend of 16 years, Dawn Shindledecker. He was preceded in death by a son, David Blad; and sister, Pamula Sue Peterman. Per Richard's wishes, there will not be any formal services. A private graveside burial will be held in Tawa Cemetery, Benton Ridge, OH.
