Rose M. Miller

Rose Marie Miller, 59, of Findlay, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Blanchard Valley Hospital. She was born December 8, 1962, in Portsmouth, Virginia. Rose was adopted by John and Alice (Fussel) Hurtt who loved her dearly. She met Rodney Miller, and they were married on July 25, 1998, and he survives.

Rose graduated from Findlay High School and worked in the food industry. Later, she worked at The Heritage Nursing Home as an Aide retiring after 15 years. She had a deep love of animals, but above all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

Rose is survived by her loving husband, Rodney; two nieces, Sabrina (George) Barrientos, and Romona Berry, both of Findlay; and a nephew, Cyrus (Lisa) Dillinger Jr. of Findlay. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Beatrice (Hurtt) Dillinger.

A Celebration of Rose’s Life will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 28, 2022, at New Life Assembly of God, 3120 Norcrest St., Findlay, Ohio 45840 with Pastor Dutch VanderVlucht officiating. A time of visitation will be one hour prior (10 – 11 a.m.) to the service at the church. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery will be private. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements.
