Ruby J. Whitney

Ruby Joy Whitney, age 72, passed away November 30, 2023, at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. She was born December 24, 1950 in Findlay to Carl W. and Edna B. (Watson) Tiel.

Ruby is survived by her two brothers, Mack Richard Tiell and Carl Joseph Tiell; and three sisters, Mary Kay Garnes, Lisa Ann Bowling, and Kara Sue Sedlmeyer. She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Josi Burdine Kelley.
