Sandra J. Kozlevcar

Sandra J. Kozlevcar, 73, of Findlay, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2016 at Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born on June 24, 1943 in Lima, Ohio to the late Robert W. Moran and Dixie J. (Crawford) Neuenschwander. Sandra married Gerald L. Kozlevcar and he survives in Findlay. Sandra was a member of Stonebridge Church of God and of the ADAMHS board. She was a well-known volunteer of United Way-Hancock County and a distinguished emeritus membership of the Zonta Club of Findlay. She also retired as general manager from WKXA/WFIN Radio. Sandy was loved so very much by her family, friends, and community. You are greatly missed. Sandy is survived by her daughters, Kathie Dunlap of Lima, OH, Rhonda Dunlap of Portsmouth, OH; step-daughters, Sharon Henry, and Kelly Kozlevcar both of Madison, OH; brothers, Robert (Marilyn) Moran of Bellview, FL, Willard (Carol) Moran, and Tim Moran both of Lima, OH, Dennis (Judy) Moran of Waynesfield, OH; sisters, Delores (Roger) Copas of Cridersville, OH, and Janice Driskill of Lebanon, OH. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Emma Edwards, and Abby Dunlap of Portsmouth, OH, Dakata Dunlap, Destiny, and Drake Daniels of Lima, OH, Taylor, Kennedy, Alex, and Henry of Madison, OH; and 1 great-grandchild, Azarion Daniels of Lima, OH. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronald Dunlap; and step-father, Harry Neuenschwander; brothers, Max, and Daniel Moran. Friends will be received on Friday, August 19, 2016 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Stonebridge Church of God, 2111 Stonehedge Dr., Findlay. A celebration of Sandra's life will follow at 11 a.m. on Friday at the church with Pastor Michael Wise officiating.
