Scot Douglas Blankenship

Scot Douglas Blankenship, of Leipsic, Ohio, passed away peacefully August 2, 2022, at the age of 55, making his heavenly journey to join his loving parents who preceded him. Scot was born in Findlay, Ohio on March 8, 1967, to Ike Douglas Blankenship and Elizabeth Ann Bair (Herbert).

Surviving Scot is his son, Douglas of Tacoma, Washington; sisters, Bobbie Jo Parker, and Jennie Lynn (Scott) Hyder;  brother, Lindy Laverne (Meenu) Blankenship, all of Olympia,

Washington; and stepbrother, Chad of Ottawa, Ohio.

Scot’s outgoing spirit, warm heart and amazing smile will be greatly missed by family and friends.

There will be a memorial gathering at the Findlay Moose Lodge, 1028 W. Main Cross St., on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements.
