Sharon K. Emmons

Sharon K. Emmons, age 74, of Findlay, passed away September 19, 2023, at Bridge Hospice Care Center. She was born April 15, 1949, in Marion, Ohio, to Gerald and Winona (Long) Milligan. Sharon married Junior L. Emmons, and he preceded her in death in May of 2023.

Sharon enjoyed church, camping, fishing, traveling, and playing music.

Those left behind to cherish her memory is her son, Michael Maple of Findlay; daughters, Rhonda Lopez, and April Hernandez; grandchildren, Ethan Buck, and Kyndra Maple, Jessica Emmons, Jeremy Emmons, Ashley (Justin) Gallagher, Jerry Hernandez, Jackie (Jim) Fry; seven, great-grandchildren; brother, Roger Milligan of Hawaii; and sisters, Betty D. Tussey of Tennessee, Sonia (Robert) Buck of Findlay; and Dalene Milligan of Arlington. In addition to her husband and both parents, Sharon was preceded in death by a brother and sister, Ronald Milligan, and Verna Milligan.

Friends and family may visit Friday, September 29, 2023, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay (419-422-1500). Sharon’s funeral service will follow visitation at 1 p.m. with Pastor Mike Maskell officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery.
