Terry James “TJ” Lamb, 53, of Findlay, passed away peacefully March 10, 2025, at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. TJ fought a brave battle with cancer for a year and a half. He was born in Findlay to Howard Lamb and Janice Sands on September 14, 1971. TJ was raised in Benton Ridge by Ron Shearer and Janice Sands.
Summer could never come quick enough for TJ so he could jump on his Harley and ride. Football season was always a joy for him so he could cheer on his Dallas Cowboys and Michigan Wolverines. In his free time, he loved nothing more than spending quality time with his grandchildren. TJ worked for Dana Corporation as a Maintenance Technician for several years and he loved his job dearly. TJ is survived by his soulmate, Laura Lamb of Findlay; his son, Brice Lamb of Findlay; grandchildren, Blake and Hallie Lamb; siblings, Kim (Tom) Tate of Findlay, Michelle (Scott) Shoemaker and Bobbie (Jim) Kirby both of Palm Bay, Florida; stepbrothers, Dan and John Shearer of Benton Ridge; life long best friend, Jason Collins of Findlay; three aunts, and numerous nieces and nephews.
TJ was preceded in death by his mother, Janice Sands; dad, Ron Shearer; and father, Howard Lamb.
The family would like to thank Bridge Home Health and Hospice for their exceptional care and generosity through this difficult time.
A celebration of TJ’s life will be held August 2, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Findlay Moose Lodge #698, 1028 W. Main Cross St. in Findlay. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd., Findlay, (419-422-1500) is honored to serve TJ’s family.
