Theresa K. Stewart

Theresa K. Stewart, 78, of Van Buren, peacefully passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at The Meadows of Kalida.

She was born on May 14, 1948, in Kimmswick, Missouri, to Andrew and Ella (Shanks) Dix. Theresa married Albert Stewart Sr., and he survives.

Theresa retired from the Kohl's Distribution Center in Findlay after 17 years of dedicated service. In her free time, she found great enjoyment in crocheting and sewing, creating handmade items for those she loved. Above all, Theresa cherished spending time with her daughter and grandchildren, who brought endless joy and happiness to her life.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Albert Stewart Sr.; her children, Trissa (Brian) Hilvers; stepchildren, Corena Luna, Lisa (John) Burgett, and Teresa Himes; her beloved grandchildren, Dustin Hilvers, Dakota Blevins, and Dallas Hilvers; and her beloved pet companion, Buddy.

Preceding Theresa in death are her parents, Andrew and Ella Dix.

In keeping with Theresa's wishes, no services will be held at this time.
