Theresia R. Bish

Theresia R. Bish, 97, of Findlay, peacefully passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2021, at The Heritage. She was born March 6, 1924, in Putnam County to Ferdinand and Verena (Hageman) Borgelt.

On September 22, 1945, Theresia was united in marriage to Cloyd W. Bish. They were blessed with 55 years of marriage and two children. She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Parish and a member of the 55 Plus Club. Theresia lived a full life as a wonderful mother, and homemaker.

Theresia is survived by her son, Joseph (Andrea) Bish; one grandson, Cloyd B. Leon Guerrero (Amy); and two great-grandchildren, Brianna and Travis. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Dessie Leon Guerrero; granddaughter, Marlo Jean Leon Guerrero; two brothers, Herman, and Linus Borgelt; and three sisters, Norma Jean Borgelt, Evelyn Letso, and Arlene Simon.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, December 6, 2021, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 750 Bright Rd, Findlay, Ohio 45840. Fr. Adam will celebrate the Mass. Interment will follow in the St. Michael Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 5 at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500). Memorial contributions in Theresia’s name may be made to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Parish.
