Wendell E. Craft, 78, passed away peacefully at his residence on Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Findlay, Ohio. He was born Feb. 5, 1948, in Lima, Ohio to the late Walter and Nida (Marshall) Craft.
Wendell graduated from Lima Perry High School and later served in the United States Navy. Following his military service, he moved to Tiffin, Ohio where he worked as a Meterman at American Electric Power until retirement.
Wendell enjoyed riding motorcycles, dirt bikes, working on his truck and canoeing down the Sandusky River. He was a lifelong member of the Sandusky Valley Riders. He spent much of his time there designing tracks, hosting events, serving as president and treasurer over the years, and gaining many lifelong friends.
Wendell is survived by his son, David (Alicia) Craft.
He was preceded in death by both parents and his twin brother, Willard Craft. At Wendell’s request, the family has chosen to honor him privately, and there will be no formal service.
