Willard O. Armstrong, 85, of Findlay, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2019 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. Willard is survived by his wife, Norma Jean (Siebeneck) Armstrong; sons, Jeffrey, Christopher, and Jay; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. There will be a graveside service on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at Maple Grove Cemetery. HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500) has been entrusted with the arrangements. Memorial contributions in Willard's name may be made to Gideons International.
